Through years of experience, we discovered that Merlot, a historic French varietal, thrives in the Ulmo vineyard by Lake Arancio, producing an ideal wine that beautifully expresses this terroir. Although an international varietal cultivated worldwide, this Merlot, grown in southwestern Sicily, has resulted in a wonderful Sicilian wine with excellent aging potential. Classification: Menfi DOC
